The Centre Laser Sorbonne's platform features several Class-4 medical lasers and flashlamps intended for esthetic, dermatological and vascular procedures, as well as radio-frequency technology equipment.

The laser equipment is operated by the Centre's highly skilled medical team, allowing you to confidently undergo the following treatments: :

Several Alexandrite APOGEE 9300 (Cynosure) used in conjunction with CRIOJET 600 This state-of-the-art Alexandrite laser (wavelength 755 nm) combines rapid treatment with comfort thanks to a Criojet 600 cold-air cooling system.



 

LYRA (LaserScope) is a Nd:YAG type laser with a high wavelength (1064 nm). Its technical characteristics and built-in cooling system enable it to perform hair removal on dark skins and deeply implanted hairs.

The Q-Switched Nd:YAG MEDLITE IV (HOYA ConBio) features two wavelengths (532 and 1064 nm). Its photomechanical mode of action enables it to reach the target without damaging the skin. It is indicated for the treatment of pigmented spots as well as for hair and tattoo removal.

 

 

The KTP VIRIDIS Multipulse (Quantel Medical) is equipped with a scanner and several different pen-type manual devices. Its wavelength (532 nm) allows it to treat most vascular lesions by photocoagulation, including erythrosis, couperose, cherry and spider angioma, and spider veins of the lower limbs. The Multipulse system offers a unique procedure. It delivers a series of precisely calibred pulses with degressive energy; the pulse length is geared to the blood vessel's thermal relaxation time (TRT). By restricting the laser's thermal action to the target it is possible to protect the surrounding tissue.

The non-ablative remodelling laser ARAMIS Erbium: Glass (Quantel Medical, 1540 nm) stimulates the natural production of collagen. Remodelling consists in heating the dermis to 50 degrees C to stimulate the fibroblasts and restructure and thicken the dermis. The ARAMIS technique is based on recreating natural skin reactions. It does not get in the way of the patient's daily activities.

 

 

The PROLITE 2 flashlamp (IPL) from Quantel Medical emits a light spectrum between 550 and 1200 nm. Using selective photo thermolysis, it performs photorejuvenation and treats superficial vascular and pigmented lesions. Its specific emission mode and built-in cooling system effectively control the thermal effect. The frequency of its gentle pulses allows it to maintain the desired temperature in the targeted tissue, minimizing the risk of side effects.



The HARMONY multi-application system from Alma Lasers is a very sophisticated and expandable platform for esthetic laser and light treatments. It uses several distinct technologies built into one unit.

Pixel 294nm Er:YAG (for fractional ablative skin resurfacing): This Pixel module is an FDA-approved fractional ablative skin resurfacing laser that represents a new option for skin resurfacing on aged photo-damaged skin and acne scars.

VELASMOOTH from Syneron: This is a non-surgical, FDA-cleared medical solution for cellulite. It is powered by a new bipolar radio-frequency technology, combined with infrared light and suction.
